I rarely see caucasion people in hk anymore. I only see them at the golf course at new territories, but that's about it. Some in Central, most go to those internation schools. I'm pretty sure their parents are architechs, bankers or doctors and dentists.

Black people is unheard of, but I did see one group on new years, and that was a real eye opener.
