There's the second Test at Adelaide for the English to redeem themselves.
The batting partnership between KP and Paul Collingwood told us that there is still a pulse in an English innings after all.
I am not scared for the English batting order. They have world class batsmen capable of striking fears into the hearts of any bowlers on a good day. What I fear is the toothlessness of their bowling attack. Steve Harmison was disappointingly expensive. We can argue that the wicket at Brisbane isn't conducive for spin which'd make bringing in Monty Panesar largely a moot point. But he is still a liability.
Flintoff needs to get a good batting average. He seems to be bowled out for either a duck or single digit scores too often in recent months. If the top and middle order do not play their part, we cannot expect too much of the tail end to provide any much of a resistance.
Xenzu, I am supporting England, btw. Can't stand Aussie arrogance. Besides, you blokes are like the Chelsea of Test and ODI cricket - the side everyone else loves to hate.
