I know this isn't totally on topic (as Asians has different meaning in the US); but what do people make of the 'racism' on the show Big Brother?

I feel that some of the comments made were terrible.

But, on the other hand, while everyone professed to be outraged, the sad truth is, is that these kind of pre-judgements are not uncommon in the UK.

In addition, the producers don't help - there are thousands of normal Asians. Last year featured Shabaz and a girl from HK (can't remember her name).
We need to stop reinforcing the stereotype, instead of encouraging it.
