It sounds to me you know what shes trying to say, and but you want us to spell it out for you anyways.

She sounds like a pro, being much older. Clearly the paying attention then ignoring you thing is just fucking with your head.

Anytime a girl touches you in that way shes subtly hinting that she wants you. So I say go for it, provided she doesn't have a husband and her kids don't start calling you daddy.
