I have this going on right now. One job keeps me on my feet, moving all day, and dealing with cranky people. On my days off there, I go to my second job which, even though I'm on my feet, moving while I'm there, and dealing with kids, it's considerably less taxing because its KIDS. And typically, my second job isn't nearly as busy as my first, so like ScubaDvr said, I get to give my mind/body a rest, if only a small one.
Either way, you can do it! Millions of people have done it before.
