banks and assholes
why is it so hard to get a fucken charge taken off your account when you did not even make it or purchase anything??
i just spent an hour talking to three different people from the bank. one to cancel my atm card, one to enroll in the security program, and the last to the claims department. since the charges are pending right now, i had a choice of waiting until the companies that the charges are from try to post their charges and to collect--=----or, i can call the companies myself to try to get the charges taken off my card/account that way.
so, i called the stupid companies. one for peoplepc. i do not use this service. and other for gevalia. i have not ordered anything from them before. peoplepc is an outsourced call and it irritates me so much to have to talk with people who are not in the same country. i am sorry, i sort of supported it before, but not anymore. i talked to two different people for that issue and problem with no solution. those fuckers can look up you checking accounts and any credit cards. that alone pisses me off, but, to know that there is some charge for their services on one of my accounts really pisses me off. then, i called gevia with no results, either. and thank god, only talked with one person.
all in all, i had to repeat a lot of my information for way too many people to get no where and basically to be told they are not showing any charges on their system with my card number AND to talk to a representive from the bank to ask them what i can do to get those charges dropped from my account!
what the fucken hell is going on in the world that so many people have fucked things up like this for the rest of us people who do not have scandulous ways of scamming people and using their money instead of our own. now, i can assume it is one person in particular because of the peoplepc thing and i will kill her, if it is her, and i am in the mood. i have had small charges here and there that never really made any sense to me, but, the last time i called one of the numbers attatched to the transaction, it was a service type of charge. so, that is what i assumed two of them were.
they may not be huge charges, or whatever, but they are not mine. no one else is on my accounts. i know that if someone stole any of my credit card numbers or account numbers they can sell them on the internet and all my available credit would be used up within several seconds. this time it is just sneaky and underhanded and increasing with small charges. that is how it starts.
this is one very good reason i take the medication i take. in the past, this would have sent me over the edge. for some reason i react very badly to bank confusion. it is not the fact of the money being lost or charged incorrectly or there is some fraudulent type of thing going on. it all just sets into me in a very bad manner that can create destructive thoughts for me. nothing much really does that to me, there are a few exceptions----like really bad medical treatment.
