According to that thing I'm an X'er too (and I've also heard of a generation 'E' (for electronic I think)

From what I have observed Y'ers are less complicated when it comes to dating. I think they are more free spirited and start at an even younger age to date. They are equipped with cell phones, myspace/facebook accounts and things happen faster
(Crap I used to write actual love letters!)

I also find that they want to grow up faster (starting to dress up earlier, wearing make up earlier etc) and are very self-conscious (thanks to the whole women movement and hollywood images that drill into them)
