Projectors are awesome, but they require a lot of tinkering and thought to set up. I've had my projector for about 5 years, and put about 2000 hours through it. The one you listed is 800x600, not really HDTV, but the images still look pretty good. However, SDTV looks terrible when blown up to a 100 inches.
In addition to the projector, receiver, and speakers, you may need the following:
Blackout curtains (for light control)
Screen (although a blank wall works decently)
HDTV tuner (this would be integrated into an LCD TV)
Projector mount
I've heard Optoma is a good brand for projectors (I have an Infocus), Onkyo is a good value for receivers, and Polk is a good value for speakers (especially when Fry's has specials). Don't know anything about wireless. I also have a BIC H100 subwoofer, but it's overkill for my apartment.
