I agree. If you've gotten the vibe that the attraction is mutual (which it must be, or your relationship wouldn't be so flirty), and everyone in your social circle already knows you have a thing for her, then she undoubtedly already knows or suspects how you really feel. She clearly isn't avoiding you because of it so I doubt she'd run screaming if you're direct and tell her that you want to take it to the next level. I say go for it.
