Conversely, latino and hispanic countries have mass social and economic problems, dictators, coup detat's, and banana republics. They also seem to think (in Spain at least) that calling someone a Black m__f___ is OK and not racist. I worry to think what they *do* consider overtly racist.
Do you think theres an inverse correlation here?

And let's see a person of asian descent become a prime minister in these countries. Let's see an asian person become revered as a national hero, a martyr, etc in these countries.
Come on? Like I said, talk is cheap, bullshit talks... a LOT. Action says everything. The second longest running president in Latin America was Alberto Fujimori. Arlene Siu is revered for her role in the revolutions. And there's more to that list. I'd like to see that happen in your favored countries.
It MIGHT happen in Canada. I doubt it will ever happen in the USA, New Zealand, or Australia. And forget the rest of those countries.
At least in Latin America, they're less PC in their words, but in their actions, they're a hell of a lot more inclusive.
As GB said, and I've noticed this, the anglo version of PC is really just a cover, a thinly veiled form of discrimination, of a "Oh, but we're respectful in how we present ourself to you", while they stab you in the back in the process.
Whereas in Latin America, it's "Hey, this is us, this is how we are. We bust each other's nuts for fun, and that includes you, but we'll definitely consider you for our president, senator, representative, movie star, novella star, rock star, poet laureate, journalist idol." And in general, marrying their daughter is approved.
Not to mention I still stand by the fact that in Latin America, the eye pull is not seen by the asian latino communities as disrespectful.
Where I come from, talk is cheap. Always has been, always will be. Prove yourself in the real world. And that's what I've seen as the same attitude in Latin America.
