I like my seafood simple.

With dungeness crab I boil in a bucket of ocean water and eat as is.

Mussels I will start melt some butter, stir in some diced onions, add a bottle of white wine and finally the mussels. Thats it.

Man I can't wait for crab and mussel season to start!
