Yes.
If someone asked me: "Would you date an Asian guy?" the only reason why I'd pause is to wonder why she was asking me that in the first place.
And, at the moment, my preference
is for AM, simply because I'm surrounded by them (and I've only found only a minimal number of foreign WM/etc. attractive). Back home, though, a charming guy is a charming guy is a charming guy, regardless of race.
I get that question a lot in Japan, though. Especially from my late-teen/20-something girl students.
Student: Do you have a boyfriend?
Me: No. Know any cute guys?
Student: *SHOCK* Japanese boys are okay???
Me: ...I'd hope so. I'm in Japan, right?
