I've been called every Asian racial slur in the book. Now that I'm older, I still get treated like crap at work (ex. making fun of my name, "ching chong" accents, dog jokes, etc). I grow tired of the constant obsession with race in the work place.

Now I just say, "Oh you wanna go there huh? Well fuck you haha!" Then I say, "You know you deserve this right?" Then I flip them off with a smile. 99% of the time my co-workers will agree with me that the person was asking for it. Then I leave for the day cause I'm not working today. If I stay the situation may worsen. My next day answer will always be, "I didn't come to work to deal with this shit! I just want to work!" I always get away with it, cause they know I'm right. Then I challenge them, "How can we avoid this from happening again?" There's always dead silence cause they don't want to admit fault.

I've done it to my co-workers, my bosses, even the owner of the business, I don't give a fuck. They know I'm alpha male now and I'm not one tolerate this crap. If I quit or lose my job, I don't care. I got 8 other companies courting me and offering more pay anyways.

Besides I'm not one to rely on a company. I have my own business too. A lot of times, I make more money than the owners. I just want the health care benefits cause i'm a cheap bastard. If you rely on a company then they gotcha.
