That's the mentality that I roll with when being confronted.

Companies think that everyone is dependant on their job with the company. They think they can scare you by threatening to take away your job. Because of that, there's no safety in corporations or loyalty anymore. They'll find any reason to let you go. Especially when you get older. So I think people need to have a back up plan. When it's done successfully, you have options and power. It just makes sense.

So when people fear for their jobs, they start fuckin' with other people to establish dominance. To create a pecking order for self-preservation. A lot of times, it's the minorities that get shit on. At least that's how it is where I live. That's when I flip the script. I don't need my job. My lawyers have school bills to pay and are hungry for a good case! People shut up real quick haha!
