Please believe me when I say 28 is not old. It is a good age to be really, especially if you are single. You're still young enough to get away with partying and have crazy fun. You body hasn't started to give out on you, which usually happens around 30 - 31. So enjoy!!!
Also, if you think 28 is old, imagine what being 38 will be like, then 28 seems alot better.

Now Mso, don't be scaring the guy ... geez, it does NOT all go downhill after 30, I assure you!! I'll be 41 in a couple of weeks and everything works just fine!! It's all in how you take care of yourself and more importantly attitude!
