Commitment virgins – So you’re in your 30’s and you have yet to establish a solid long term relationship, long term being say 12 months and more.

What goes through your head about relationships? What’s the reason?

From the outside - evaluating potential relationships what does this say about the 30ish virgin to you?

Personally, it’s usually a red flag – although I may be curious to pursue the relationship but I’d be quite cautious…

Old virgins are a red flag to me too. It feels like "what is wrong with him since he hasn't had any pussy?". And if they have never been in a relationship, how do they know how to behave in a relationship since they have no experience in relationships and romance. However, if that guy is a miracle and knows what romantic things are and can do them without ever having practised, why not if he is the love of my life.

I read once about a guy who married a virgin girl, and after they had had sex on the wedding night, she thought it was a horrible experience and that she never wanted to do it again. Then the guy either had to live in celibacy or get a divorce. He didn't want to cheat on her. I don't know what happened then...

But what if the guy or girl.. has had a serious of short term relationships and nothing more than a year.. say on average 4 to 6 months and between 5 to 10 relationships...

At least he then has experiences of something. It also depends on why they broke up. If they broke up if he got tired of her face -> no way! If they broke up if it just didn't work, then OK.
