Yep, I know. I've gotten probably 20 PM's the last two weeks on from folks telling me, asking for changes to the changes, and there have been countless threads started about the same problems. With respect to the ghost chatters...It has to do with the way the chat/vid server communicates back to the main site. Nothing I can do about it.
The ghost id's are only reflected on the main site and not within the chat/vid itself.
I can remove the Who's in Chat from the main site but then everyone would bitch that it wasn't there...just like they were doing a few weeks ago when I switched things out.
Sorry guys...I'm not perfect and I know there are many bugs floating around right now due to the changes being mid stream, but there is only one of me. I can always revert the site back to the way it was pre-Oct. 1st...essentially take everything off that has been added, go back to the old original chat, original design/colors, etc. Makes me no difference. My time, effort and expense has been for the betterment of this place....at least that's what I like to believe. I can easily divert all of that to one or more of the other sites I have.
However, if you take a look at some of the other similar sites....they are either copying verbatim (to the best of their ability) everything that happens/changes here..or..they are "re-inventing" themself to be very much like this place. So apparently someone likes what they see here.
