i suggest you start to sponsor the site, then. if you want that change. no one really cares what your brother is doing and what not. try running one yourself and such and putting all your money into it, see how you feel later. lol. yeah, it is so good to waste all that space on inactive members. aznlover is a smart person for doing such things. it is not only a cost efficent thing. and it can also cut down on the quantity instead of qualitity. if someone wants to post something and add something productive, then do it, but don't compare this site to any other and do not bitch about not getting your way.

does that only go for one way or is there a round trip. i think that if you can't abide by the rules of the forum, it is up to you to stay and follow them in a respectable manner. or you can just not be on so many forums in the first place so that you do not have to make your rounds. no one is asking to be catered to on this site, so your feedback comes off very self centered.

Ironic thing is today I had the time to piss away the whole day and as a result I posted on dozens of threads.

Yet if I were to be absent for the next month or two, my account would be deleted as if I were one of the perpetual lurkers.

The accounts don't get permanently deleted, you get moved to an "inactive" group and can come out again from there as far as I gathered up by now.

The tactic AZNLover chost is not fade proof, just like every other method one might pick to ensure success for a project.
This might be uncomfy but maybe it DOES improve things from the standpoint of an admin?
I wouldn't really know, that's why I think we can as well tolerate this as long as the site provides enjoyment for us otherwise.

I can say for myself that the site is enjoyable, so yeah, some changes aren't my exact taste either but there's someone in charge who has thought about it from another viewpoint and so I will take the good things and chuck it up when one or two changes aren't what I would have picked.
Other changes are very much my liking, so it balances out.

There are a lot of "matters of taste" and I hope we don't pick each other apart about those, you know.
This site has something going, so there's still enough good things to find here IMO.
