Tak was having the same problem yesterday on my computers, however once he deleted his avatar, he was able to get in. Not sure why and it could have nothing to do with it, but that's how he resolved the issue for him. The funny thing is, I was able to log on from both computers.
I'm not by any means technical savvy, but I do clear my cache and cookies on a regular basis. I have to because I have so much on my computer it lags hardcore if I don't. So my question for the computer peoples out there since Tak is at work and I can't ask him, is there a cache and cookies back up for each profile or is it just one big back up?
yeah, replacing or deleting the avatar shouldn't have anything to logging into chat.

Ok, so I'm guessing since I did the same thing as Snoop and Sweet and I got in, it has to something with your avatar not being accepted once you try to log-in to chat... FYI Tom...
