I think you have to be a verified member which requires a certain amount of posts or someone who knows you IRL vouching for you or some such.

not a problem here. your account is OK to see any of the albums that are public. if the member has it set to friends only...then NO, you will not be able to see the pics unless you're on the friend list.

some albums are set on private, so you would have to be on that person's friends list to view any thing they might have there.

even if that person is your friend, are you on their list? does that person have their album set on PRIVATE? if that is so, no one can see it except for that specific person. maybe you need to have that person correct their settings.
