I found recent BBC news posting which indicate alcohol as leading cause of death in Finland.

no. Alzheimer isn't leading cause of death in Canada. BBC article indicated a sharp rise in statistic of alcohol related death in Finland. I post the message asking if it is true.

Alochol abuse exist in every country ...... But I did notice European smoke a lot in public places. My French and Austrian friends told me that's normal in daily life for young people hanging out in cafe, club....etc, but some manage to butt out after they grow older and wiser.
