Okay, I was just being upset that the Japanese-Brazilians would look down on the Koreans living in Brazil. I know that there is a HUGE Japanese-Brazilian population down in Rio De Janeiro. A lot of them are 3rd generations sanseis as well. Kind of like the Japanaese dispora in Hawaii.
So that Korean slut sh_t all happened in Europe? Don't worry. I don't acknowledge those kind of b-tches as Koraens or Asians. They deserve my disownment from me.

You know, I never ran into that. The nisei/sansei not once ever looked down on me for being viet. I also think it's because they consider themselves as brazilian first, as there's no such thing as "japanese-brazilian", it doesn't exist in their language. I never heard anyone refer to them as that. The hyphen thing is strictly anglosphere.
Now, pardo, preto, gaucho, japa, chines, coreano, branco, carioca, paulistano, curitibano, that I've heard. But again, there was never a "-brazileiro/brazileira" attached to it. I also met a few brazilians of chinese or korean descent, and they got along fine with the japanese descendents, so where ever that idea of japanese looking down on koreans came from, I haven't encountered it.The brazilian people as a whole, with maybe an exception in the very south south of brazil, are VERY FRIENDLY, and VERY OPEN.
Again, when you hear shit like someone looking down on someone, etc, the best way to test it is to visit the place and live there for a while. That's the only true way for you to know what's real and what isn't. Unfortunately, in general, most americans don't do a lot of international travel, and the ones that do, go to Europe. I think the stat is just 15% of the population has a passport, and about 90% of them use that once, and that's to go to Europe, for 2 weeks.
So, knowledge of the other 90% of the world is rare amongst americans. Unfortunately, I'd have to say that this applies to asian men (american) as well.
