Queen and Dufferin (the former Parkdale) is quite an up and coming area. Go check out the action at The Drake Hotel or the Gladstone. Always fun stuff going on at those two places. I usually like to grab a drink every now and then at the Rhino. The Cadillac Lounge is good cheesy fun if you enjoy karaoke or burlesque nights. There was a Rolling Stones theme bar in that neck of the woods as well that was hilareous.


Depending on where you land on Front Street, the west side will put you closer to the club district and trendy area of town, but it's got less of a "neighbourhood" feel to it. East end has a bit more character, check out the Reservoir Lounge, and there is always fun stuff going on at the Distillery.
