The bar is definitely set much higher here. You can be a loser here but still get laid in China easy.
HOWEVER, once you can clear the higher bar here, things can get much more fun and easier in a sense because casual sex is far more accepted amongst women here.
I'd say that this is true, only to the extent that the bar is IMAGINED to be set higher. It's really, and this is from personal experience, like the difference between lifting 150 lbs, and 155 lbs. It's not that much higher. Which isn't a problem for me, because I like to reach higher.
But for others who set personal limitations on themselves, it will always be a problem. But, it is true, a loser here can go to, say, Thailand, and score easily. So the true key to dating in the States?

That's right , anyone can get laid if they aim low enough. Building meaningful relationships on the otherhand isn't a technique , theres no trick to it no matter how much balls you have or how "cool" you are.
If you are in Los Angeles area, latinas are the most friendly and approachable. Many white and asian girls are pretty stuck up unless you are a rich guy.
latin girls do seem pretty open, i've had latin girls interested in me. a few white girls also but i wasn't really interested in them. i don't even know what the dating life is like anymore since i've been in a committed relationship for a while now.
