yes that's very true... It's been discussed often here... on the bright side, those immigrant seeking citizenship and awarded recent citizenship, are much more aware then those born here...

Also if note, percentage of Canadians passing the citizenship test would be quite significant then Americans passing their own citizenship test...

anyway... I noticed, biker you get a lot of your news from yahoo... lol... be careful of that!
