Freedom of speech!?!? theoretically the US has complete freedom of speech under the First Amendment... but it's laughable to think it exists in the US... and It's hilarious how some of it's citizens believe this right is afforded only to Americans...

Freedom of Speech is a basic right for any democracy... and not exclusive to the US of A...

I also like the term Freedom of Expression... Freedom of Speech seems rather limiting anyway...

Freedom of Expression Under the Canadian Charter of Rights is defined as follows
