Toronto public transit is like from the stone age. I cursed it for about two months since I got here. Ok, here we go, my complaining:
*cell phones don't work in subway. They haven't built GSM net in subway tunnels.

*when you buy a long-term pass, it is from month to month. You can't choose the date from which the ticket is valid until which date. It is always from the first to the last day of the month. I heard two Britons swear about it once too.
*You can only buy month passes certain days of the month.
*there are still no low-floor street cars. No mercy for the old or people with difficulties to walk.
*and of course the subway is not extensive enough for a city this size
*it is expensive to use public transit here, and prizes are going up. It practically encourages you to get yourself a car.
There.
