I'm not rascist or anything, i just think it's really hard to find Asian guys that want to date black girls. Alot of us are actually quite diverse. I just wanted to hear from some asian men's perspective. Are we intimatdating? Or just not desirable?

No no no sweety. I can also like black girls. It's just that the ghetto trashy kind of black girls who are a real turn off for Asian or any guys in general.
You also have to understand that many Asians have first-generation parents, and they are not fond of IR dating, and sadly, point more of the "gun" at african-americans.

a lot of it has to do with media portrayal, kind of like asian guys

an overwhelming number of black girls on tv are light-skinned and/or mixed with another race, sending the message that whiter is better, it's even an issue with black guys now who prefer lighter complexions

it's also common for people in asia to look down on blacks while basically worshipping and imitating whites, also has a lot to with the media

asians in america have also been more segregated from blacks than they have with whites, and with blacks having a lower population as well, there is much less interaction between the two groups

It's a case of both sides being afraid of rejection.

I am what the black community calls high-yellow. They don't come much lighter than me. I have white friends that tell me, after a vigorous bout of tanning, that they are darker than me.
That being said, I get shit from everyone...
On one hand I'm not light enough, it's the whole one drop rule
On the other I'm not dark enough...I don't experience enough adversity because my skin tone makes me more acceptable

When out trolling for the asian lovelies with my friend who is a small, dark and voluptuous to my tall, light and leggy I get passed over in preference to her all the time. In my experience asian men prefer the dark lovelies to me.
Lol...If I wasn't so vain I'd have a massive complex (I just have a little one).
Recently, I've seen more AM/BF couples in the city than AM/WF.

Given this site and it's kick ass members you should realize that asian men are not only into white chicks.
Maybe we are projecting our self doubts onto them a little and that is so not fair .

yeah ny is great place for am/bf couples, i'd say there's just as many bf as wf if you count the city as a whole, same with latinas, the mix is distributed quite nicely
