Some good news for a change, info's slightly old.
Deputy to become new Vancouver police chief

It's good to see Asian men in more diverse and VISIBLE roles of society.

According to the article, less than 30 yrs ago, Chu was 1 of 3 asians on the police force. now he's a police chief.

So for all the pessimist asian men out there, this is PROOF that we can be judged not on the color of our skin but on our merits.

We just got to keep speaking out against bigotry and supporting asian causes with our wallets.
