i've always wanted to go to toronto. but recently, i people have been telling me montreal and quebec city were really cool cities. plus montreal has a happening music scene.

but again, yes, toronto is not that far north
yes well i agree Montreal and Quebec City was fun but i was there as a tourist too. so i guess its all good when u're having a vacation unless some disaster happens.
Quebec City of course is deeper into French speaking territory but since its the provincial capitol and a tourist spot. u'll have no problem with just English.
Of the Canadian cities you've mentioned, I've only been to Montreal. It's amazing and beautiful. And yes, the music scene kills. I was there for Pop Montreal and it was overwhelming.
My best friend moved to T-to-the-O and she loves it, has a bit of everything.
