I grew up there, and visit a couple times a year, but I live in NC now.
Yeah I had a high school buddy do the samething. He lived here in MI for most of his life and then moved to Cary,NC. I visit him every now and then. I like NC there are lots of nice people from what I have experienced so far and the sweet tea down there is effin phenomenal

ya the sweet tea is good..I resisted for many years, ordering it unsweetened and getting looks of pity from waitresses. But when I was pregnant with my son, I just craved it, and now treat myself to it occasionaly.
im not from there, but my close family is. they're in the niles, mi/south bend,in area. i go there once every year or every other year. lately it's been closer to every other year becuase of work tho
I'm from/living in Michigan (hopefully not for long though)! Living in East Lansing right now.
That seems to be the growing trend, everyone seems to be leaving this state..our winters do suck, barely any good jobs, and its just boring sometimes, haha but thats just me LemonTea did you go to MSU?
