I am considering a visit to San Francisco in the first week of August. I may be able to postpone my arrival in San Francisco until August 10. Departure of no later than August 17. I know very little about San Francisco. I would like to know if someone can show me around, perhaps meet some of the people on this forum. I know that we all work for a living, so you would be helping me at your convenience. I will pay any of your gas or toll expenses. I don’t expect you to be responsible for these costs, since I am asking you to show me around the city. Not interested that much in the club scene, but want to see some of the sights.

If we weren't doing a little thing like get married the first week in August Dale and I would have loved to show you around. We will be in the Bahamas while you're here though. If you change your trip dates though, let me know. There are lots of other bay area peeps on here though who might be in town.
