I lived in Phoenix for 15 years, never been much of a party-goer though, I do know where some cool things are, but in general, tempe and scottsdale aren't the greatest. I don't know how much of a help I would be, but hit me up if you have any questions.
Hi...I go to ASU...I like the Scottsdale clubs. Something shitty always happens when I go out in Tempe so I avoid it. I am too busy for student clubs 'cause I work FT and go to school FT and I bet I am way older than you...but PM me and let's see if we have classes on the same days and whatnot.
Welcome to AZ!
Welcome to the desert! I'm from Carefree, but i'm in Phonix 75% of the time. I'm trying to go to ASU in a couple years. But i'm sure all you guys are gonna graduate by than!! Anyways, the only thing to really do in AZ is clubbing. That gets boring real fast. I know how you feel, i was depressed for the longest time when i got stationed in NC. People from the East Coast are just different from people on the West Coast. But you'll get use to it, trust me.
^My fiance works in Carefree. It is so beautiful there. If I ever make a ridiculous pile of money I want to love there. I adore the Cave Creek Coffee Company. Sometimes I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go waste time there. Can't beat the free wine tastings on Thursday nights!
Hey AK, I've seen you in chat before. I know the Phoenix area very well because I've lived here all of my life. However, I don't know how much help I'd be either considering I think it's so boring here. It really does seem like there isn't much to do besides clubbing/partying/drinking. If you're into art, there is always the First Friday art walk in central Phoenix. That's all I got.
Foreal, where does he work?? My sister use to work there, but than she sold her business and moved to Buckeye.
