I think Christian Bale in Welsh...they have very thick accents...not as easy to understand as a typical British person.
Welsh accents deviate somewhat from sounding almost incomprehensible to nigh on non existant. My ex was welsh and she didn't have an accent whatsoever. Oddly I was told I say my 'H's properly I actually say haitch as opposed to aitch
