£425 60gb version in late March 30 games at launch and the online service up and running from the word go. Am I getting one, am I bollocks I'll just pull 500 odd notes (I say 500 notes and not 425 because games will cost £50+) out of my secret ass treasury, Sony fuckwits. Along with Sony's arrogance the legendary Sony build quality is a bit off putting, PSPs with a shit load of dead pixels and you only have to look funny at any PS2 and it stops working (can't read blue discs?!). So anyways who's getting one? why? what games are you looking forward to? and wouldn't you rather buy 42,500 penny sweets?

Unless something looks mindblowing, this could be a flop. 500 notes is pricing a lot of people out of the market.

Nintendo have been extremely shrewd this time around, getting people to shell out £7.00 quid for N64 games that previously, were dead.

Even the DS seems to have a better shelf-life than the PSP.

Innovation is king, and I don't see this being different enough from the 360 to justify the price.

Personally I wouldn't buy one. Seen a few of them running HL2 at work, looks almost same as the PC version. Very nice looking machines but I still love my PC as I can upgrade it till kingdom comes. I rather use my money on finer things, like going on holiday.

The only game im currently playing at is Counter-Striker so i don't use my PS2 anymore except when friends and family come over for a PES game. However, PES5 (winning eleven) looks awsome on PS3 im not sure i can resist but i wil try anyway coz ive got more important things to spend me money on at the moment (studies etc..)
