i believe there are cultural differences among world cultures and individual differences within each culture. it doesn't only depend on the individual but also to the culture the individual belongs to.
i think most of us have behaviours that are contained w/in our cultural framework. for example, most chinese from China would predominately use chopsticks. and in N. america, chinese use chopsticks or forks/knives. so, there are cultural differences.
within each culture, there are individual differences. for example, in china, some use chopsticks w/ there right hand and others with their left hand. they are all using an eating utensil (the chopsticks) w/in their cultural framework and w/in that culture lies the individual variations.
now, can we say culturally that irish girls are more sexually liberated than american girls, well..that's kind of hard to say b/c broadly speaking, they are on many levels culturally similiar in terms of sexuality. if you had asked if irish girls drink more than america girls, that would be an easier answer.
but i sure wish that the many irish girls i met along my travels were more sexually liberated.
enough procrastinating.
