its the summertime so my dad's kids are spending the summer with him. i'm spending a couple of weeks with my dad to kind of watch them.

everyday these boys are hanging outside our house. they want my dad's kids to come out and are hoping they get to see me as well.

I came to visit my family for the 4th of July weekend and even if the pull-out sofa bed is lumpy and uncomfortable, I slept like a baby last night for the first time all week. :banana: The reason? Kids around my apartment complex setting off fireworks in the middle of the night. Not the dinky ones but the big boomers that sound like a cannon firing off. I really wouldn't mind if they were doing it at 10, 11 or even midnight but I woke up a few times at around 4 a.m. to what I thought at first...

Woo, it's raining outside. I love the rain. The only down side is that it makes me sleepy as crap. LOL (^_^);;; I'm just odd like that. Too bad I have to go to work or else I'd stay home and nap.. sleep.. whatever. LOL But, other than that, I enjoyed getting to chat with Xeria last night/this morning. He's so sweet. Anyways, I'll do my best to update this later, but I can't make any promises since we're going to see some fireworks (hopefully if it's not raining) tonight as soon as I get off work....
