What's the use?

Why post blogs if you don't want people to be able to comment on them? There are other ones that I can't even read because I'm not "allowed". That to me is a waste of time, unless you just like listening to yourself type...
That is all. I'm getting a sore throat, so I guess a cold will follow soon.

you have strong issues with communication. who cares! lol
damn it, sometimes people don't want to share everything with everyone and sometimes it has nothing to do with you. lol
take it easy and stop thinking about it in a negative way. maybe you don't need to see what is written in their blog.
mine is set only for my friend list. why is that so wrong? so what if someone can't read it if they are not on my list. they have to work at becoming my friend, then. isn't that worth anything at all? i don't like it when people ask me why they can't read my blogs. it is annoying and kind of intrusive. lol
there is a reason for everything. that is a petty thing, too. ok, now, i am stepping off the soapbox.
have a nice night. lol.Posted 09-06-2008 at 11:26 PM by xqzmi

Xqmi, PLEASE don't ever make your 20,000,000 entries blog public, it would be like a burst sewer pipe and stink up the entire board, anyone reading it would get running pus filled sores on their eyeballs instantly. KEEP IT HIDDEN so it won't infect anyone else.

Geeeeze, X, chillax! The people I was talking about, some of them are my friends and I still can't respond. I think that's whack.Posted 09-07-2008 at 07:52 AM by LuvMyIS350

Maybe it is because they need a place to "vent" even if no one sees it. Writing can be quite cathartic and maybe it helps them to see it written somewhere... dunno... *shrug*Posted 09-07-2008 at 08:28 AM by Bergamot

Stop making out with strange men!!
As for the blogs, I can understand not wanting to make them public. I have my very own psycho that follows me around to websites and reads all my shit that I post. It's very um... unnerving when you write about something and then the next day it's a topic on another board. Yea... psycho.
That's my reasoning behind MY doing it.

My blog is private, but I allow comments. There are times I may just post goofy shit, but sometimes, I need the encouragement, even if its a cyber hug in my blog. Id be sad without comments..lol on another note, whats up with just posting the lyrics to some song? did we forget the words?Posted 09-07-2008 at 09:25 AM by sunny

Awww, LuvMy, does curiosity kill the cat here?

OK, if you ever feel frustrated about not being able to comment somewhere, feel free to spam my private blog to which you have access.
If one of my entries should ever be blocked for comments then it is nothing personal, some thoughts just don't want to be followed by comments.
Yeah, people are weird like that.

I know!!! It's annoying to click on a blog, get there, and see there is only someone cutting and pasting another person's work.Quote:lol on another note, whats up with just posting the lyrics to some song? did we forget the words?Posted 09-07-2008 at 11:20 AM by paloma

People, quoting other peoples words is the average mans way to look interesting in the internet.

Hey now! I posted lyrics to a song in one of my blogs with reasoning because the words related back to my feelings and the situation in that moment. :PQuote:lol on another note, whats up with just posting the lyrics to some song? did we forget the words?

Ha ha! Great blog topic, LUV! You make a good point. I've often wondered the same.
Oh, and you might consider your sore throat could be allergy related. It is ragweed time....Ugh!Posted 09-07-2008 at 01:51 PM by msohaiku

I'm sure some people have their valid reasons for doing this. Bergie and Sushi mentioned them. But it also seems to me that a few people just want to keep fueling internet drama and need to get out a bit more.Posted 09-07-2008 at 02:54 PM by Rublev
