Whoa asian lead singer in a band, and he has the most awesome hair

I listen to a bit of post hardcore bands and I somehow came across this little group. It's definitely not a genre not for mainstream folk but this a bit "pop-py" and tamer then most bands that fall in the category. Worth a peep but don't expect some blown away by the lyrics.
For those that don't know, post hardcore is an off shoot of punk and has a blend of vocals and screaming.

I would imagine the first picture would take a very long time. I don't know how people can texturize their hair to be individual strands.
