Most Treasured Gift

My birthday was a week ago today, and my husband and daughter took me to dinner the night before to celebrate. The kids get crayons and a coloring book at this restaurant, so my daughter dived into making a masterpiece. The tables are covered with white paper that the kids can color on also, which she did.
During the dinner she drew different little pictures for me as my birthday gift. She would secretly draw each one making sure I couldn't see her art until she was ready to reveal it. At the end of the evening I tore off the side of paper where she had so sweetly made her gift. It has olive oil stains and chocolate cake stains, which make it even more special. I will treasure it always.
