Okay, so ive been promoted to Bars Supervisor. Im in charge of 7bars, and its no joke! It is bloody hard work. Training all the newbies, that never last the distance. I am normally nice enough with them, but harsh at times when needed, because im ever so slightly O.C.D, and i love to have my bars spotless. These youngsters dont have a bloody clue, and the mess is unreal sometimes. We have clean-down sheets that must be filled in at the end of a shift, and then signed off by the supervisor or management, and you wouldnt believe the amount of time the little fuckers fill it in, and hope to get away with the fact that theyve just not bothered to do the jobs listed. It makes me wonder what kind of muck they live in at home.
Anyway.. Nighty has decided to pack in security, and im pleased he has made this move, because he has hated it ever since he has lived up here with me. He has never been the same since he left EA Games. Sometimes i feel bad about that, because he left that job, his friends and family to be with me. Is he crazy or wot????
The thing is, now that he has given up security, he has now shifted his mind to come work with me in the hotel. He has seen my boss and starts this week. He will be Bar Staff, and you all know what that means...............
I will be his boss!
Could life get any sweeter than this i ask myself.
