Student Chronicles Part 7: Another Week Goes By...

Ok, so midterms are finally over thank GOD!!!! I swear, I have been so just drained this week. papers due, statistics tests, and all that jazz really wears a girl OUT!! *flops on the couch* But there were some very good things that happened to me this week..

Monday: No nursing class this week, and so I had from 2 pm till Tuesday all to myself. I took that time to get all my supplies for my Halloween costume finally. The leotard came, so its just a matter of time before it all comes together.

Tuesday: I find out that my friggin Mythology class is CANCELED!!!! So I didn't have to turn in my paper intil Thursday. I chilled at the LGBT center and just relaxed for a while. Also, I started talking to this guy who is from Chicago via IM....he is a cutie and IDK what will blossom but for now I am just playing cool. Don't want to count my chickens....

Wednesday: Went to the Asian Student Union meeting and walked right back out because it felt so damn cliquey..... When we were supposed to count off and be split into groups, the majority bitched and went "We're already in groups!!" It made me just shake my head..... I mean if you really want to be a friggin clique, then go elsewhere. This is supposed to be a UNION. We are supposed to be open to each other, but apparently some people want to stay in high school. And what killed it for me is the fact that when someone told the president how cliquey they were, he went "dude, no we aren't!!!"

After leaving that debaucle, we went to a viewing of Rocky Horror Picture Show!!!!! I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!! A friend of mine borrowed my high heeled boots so he could dress up as Frankenfurter and he won the costume contest. Never have I seen so many straight men in drag and have no problem with it... I totally want a life sized anatomically correct Rocky doll for Christmas, but can he be Asian instead?? *begins writing to Santa*

Thursday: Went to all 3 classes.....boooo. Had a test in statistics and I think I did well. Didn't have a studio day at dance class cuz my teacher hurt herself, so until next week.....Turned in the paper for Myth and then had her talk at us for the hour and 15 minutes.....When I was finally free, I went to the gym and hit the ellipticals with my friend. She was so not used to them and told me her legs were like jelly when she got off... the poor thing....Went home after and ended the night with me watching my new favorite show: Man and Wife. I swear that show is the sex talk show everyone should have had when they were kids.

Friday (aka today): Only one class was had and it was anatomy, so I wasn't dying. After I went to Meijer to get me a incense holder and a lighter cuz I want to burn some. I got it at the Renaissance Fair and it smells SOOOO good!!! I love the smell of African Musk....And in a few I will be going over to a friends to make my famous cheesecake. Its been way too long since I have made any baked goods and I want to.

Tomorrow I go to see a friend of mine sing in the football game. He's such a good piano player and singer. I can't wait to hear him perform.
