Alright, last night was pretty insane.

First things first, we went to work out at the gym. I swear I am gonna get abs like Bosox by the end of the year!!!! Just wait and see!!! After doing leg and ab exercises for like an hour, we decided to go to the clocktower center and eat some sushi. Oh yeah, nothing like sushi after a workout....

I moved back into school last last week and it was a time of both giving and gaining. I had to give up my fair city of Chicago and gain a small town in West Michigan. Yeah, back to the boondocks I go.

Tomorrow I move back into my school's campus, which is like 3 whole hours away from my comfort zone of Chicago. So before I hit that dusty trail (literally!!!), I am stopping to reflect on the things I learned this summer:

-Getting in shape is WAY better when you have someone there with you to keep you motivated. I swear I wouldn't have done half the running I would have if my best friend hadn't been there.

Today I just got a wake up call that I am not as strong as I thought I was. Its really disheartening. It brought back up things in my life that I seriously thought I let go......but it seems I haven't.

I'm reminded of kindergarten, where I was ridiculed and taunted because of my intelligence. Girls would pull the barrettes out of my hair and tell me I was worthless.......

So these past few weeks I have been thinking and contemplating and thinking some more. And quite frankly, I am tired. Of what you ask? Pretty much the same old shit. It makes me sick to my stomach when I see the same old shit over and over again and it makes me realize why the hell I went out of state for school in the first place.

Case in point: All around me, I see little boys thinking they are men. They walk around in packs, wearing sagging jeans nearly down to their ankles, dingy...

So yesterday me and my best friend decide that we are going to go run at the track at the local college near our house. So we warm up by walking the half mile to the school and then get ready to get our jog on.

Dear lord I am out of shape. 2 laps, and I felt like I was gonna blow chunks for days, but I kept on going. I need to get in shape, there is no excuse for me not to, especially since I have the resources near me. Now if only I could get my mother to go with me and walk a few...

Alright, tonight is my last night here on the AznLover.com site for about 4 months, so what better way to say goodbye than dramatic and Academy award style!!!!
