Sorry Dallas Ladies!

This month is the month where I had to make the decision whether to go to New Jersey or Dallas for a tournament.
Unfortunately for you Dallas (and Texas) ladies, I decided to pick New Jersey, even though the Dallas tournament event would take place just after my birthday, I had decided earlier this year that I won't be going too far away on my birthday this year.
Sorry Dallas ladies, but you will have to wait!

That said, I am going to only stay one night in Jersey, then return to Boston the next day.
If I had chosen Dallas, I would have been spending at least 3x to 5x as much money, because a flight and more hotel nights would have been involved, and I would have had to take some more vacation days from work - all of which I didn't want to do.
Also, I had went to Europe last year for my birthday, which was already one strike against Dallas.
