So on July 26th Troy (aka Kitty) had an aneurysm and I was thankfully there to get his ass to the hospital and save his life. Goooo Cyndii! Course the aneurysm was the easy part - now trying to get him to eat healthy and be healthier is impossible! Here are some small changes we’ve started with!

So really the reason I am blogging is because I am trying to distract myself from a boy. We had been seeing each other 1-2 a week for the last month or 2 and texting every day for the last 2 weeks but I haven't heard back from him today. Which I KNOW - its probably just that he's busy at work, but the crazy girlness is kicking in. He texted me good night last night but i've texted him twice today - morning and evening & i've heard nothing. Now I like said - I'm sure he's just busy but my girl...

So my power was out thurs-tue of last week/this week. Brrrrrrr. I stayed at my place because I am stubborn. I had to throw everything in the fridge and freezer away. YUCK!

Anyway. I really need to get my butt to the salon for a haircut and eye brow wax - maybe a mani and pedi too. And hell, while we're at it, a massage.

I have had another centimeter improvement in my health!!! The pain in my chest isn't as intense in the morning and isn't as debilitating in the evening....

So now that I am a real adult, no longer in the 18-25 age range, it time to set some goals.

Goal #1:

For some reason I love a guy who will treat me like crap. If he doesn't call or cancels plans I'm just addicted - like "WHAT, WHAT?? You don't want me?!?" and thats how I end up dating losers.

So after 25 years of bottling everything up, I just can’t take it anymore. I was always able to swallow my emotion but now that I am in physical pain all the time, I just can’t. So if I’m honest about my life for the first time ever – maybe I can get through this.

So I'm still suffering from screaming pain all over my body. I prescribed myself a non-narcotic muscle relaxer and a anti-inflammary. I am taking Loraleena's advice and changin my diet. So I look food with anti inflammatory properties. Here is what I will be eating for the next week:
