I'm a Reverend!

Posted Yesterday at 03:29 PM by risky (Path Notes)

I just became an ordained minister. I am now a Reverend ordained by the Universal Life Church Monastary, and I did it all online for five bucks, and that was the cost of the certificate! Haha.

I was thinking maybe I'll start a church and become some kind of crazy cult leader. Wouldn't that be interesting? I could post blog entries on AL about how I influence young female disciples and bed them. I'll also post video interviews of them where they'll relentlessly compliment me while...

The Evolution of Guy Talk in Cinema

Posted 11-18-2009 at 11:13 AM by risky (Path Notes)

Conan: What gods do you pray to?

Subotai:
I pray to the four winds... and you?

Conan: To Crom... but I seldom pray to him, he doesn't listen.

Subotai: [chuckles] What good is he then? Ah, it's just as I've always said.

Conan: He is strong! If I die, I have to go before him, and he will ask me, "What is the riddle of steel?" If I don't know it, he will cast me out of Valhalla and laugh at me. That's Crom, strong on his mountain!

I'm not a sexist. You're a sexist!

When I explain my rationale to women on why I think there are differences between men and women, it seems like I automatically become labeled a Sexist. I mean, I'm not trying to be a sexist. I'm just searching for the truth, and as I do this, I reflect the reality that I perceive around me. It's a very simple mechanism.

Here, let's take a glimpse into how these lame-o debates...

Little Tokyo Dreamz

Posted 11-11-2009 at 02:25 PM by risky (Path Notes)

Maybe it's because i'm Korean, but whenever I go to Little Tokyo, I feel like I OWN the place. I don't know why but I feel like running down the boulevards slapping everybody ... *slap-slap-slap-slap*

I do admit that I have a very sexualized perception of Japanese women, as well as a deep familiarity with the textures of their dry skin and especially the dark ponzu flavors of their cunts. You see, it's not that I view them as extraordinarily subservient women. No, it's not that...

Sunshower

Sunshower is a song written by Chris Cornell, whom I consider to be probably the greatest American rock n roll vox man since rock n roll. His voice is just so fitting for this type of music.

Here's the thing, Sunshower is very difficult to sing properly cuz there are little nuances and cracks in...

Unconditional Love

Posted 11-04-2009 at 09:28 AM by risky (Path Notes)

When I think of the term "unconditional love", I think of my parents; how they've been there for me; how I always know I can turn to them if things get bad. This has been such an important quality in my life, as i'm sure it's been for most people, that I know I've taken it for granted.

The Apocalypse

Posted 11-02-2009 at 11:07 AM by risky (Path Notes)

In Dan Brown's new book The Lost Symbol, he refers to the word "Apocalypse" and how everybody thinks it means the end of the world, but the word actually means "a great revealing"

It's absolutely fascinating to me that everybody thinks(I thought it too) it means the end of the world. I mean, isn't this nuts??? How could everyone think this word means something totally different? How does this happen?

Under The Surfaces

Posted 10-28-2009 at 11:29 PM by risky (Path Notes)

In every phase of every aspect of existence, a layer sheds away, another grows in its place and yet another begins to prepare itself beneath the new. In human nature we call this the past the present and the future, yet it translates into the material world, into energy and magnetism, and as the old Taoist adage goes, "from three came myriad things."

I asked my friend the other day if he knew for sure, without a shadow of a doubt, that we were Eternal Beings and that the...
