does this mean that we're all screwed and gonna live on the streets? or does it just mean that this is prolly the most affordable prices that we'll ever see in our life time..?

the big 3 are due to be back at congress after turkey day and show how they will not waste the 25 bil government hook up fee and they'll get it. GM has the chevy volt that they're ready to release soon, and Ford just showed a bunch of hybrids at the LA auto show. does this mean that their stocks will shoot up later? like waaaay up in a few years? what do you guys think? wanna get rich??!!

oh and citibank is gonna either down size or sell off parts of their divisions, or both. and i'm sure they'll have to pick them selves back up sometime soon.. hey, wanna get rich??!!

but then again.. who's gonna fall next and drag the dow back down to the 7000's? or maybe even lower...?? wow, this is more fun than vegas to me

Yahh! Ok, my portfolio looks crap now.... 60K down, blecchhh, the only thing still in green was GLD. But its all headed back up already wif the exception of Citi. What did I do today? Buy more shares of ISRG

If I were you I'd hold on cowboy we still got a long way to go. In general (2 weeks ago), people said stocks were a good deal and then the Dow dropped 15+% after that.

Just make sure you can stomach the ups and downs.

I pulled my money out 3 months ago before everything fell. Everyone else got screwed ha! 10 years of gains now lost. That's cause I knew shit would hit the fan!

I agree with Tazo. I held on to stuff with solid fundamentals rather than dumping at a lower price, but I tend to pick stuff that will stay in a portfolio for 10 years or more. Gambling stocks are definitely out of the question at the mo.

Those of you who bought Citigroup's stocks when it was below $1.00 last week and sold it when it recently hit $3.08 would have made a huge killing.
