It's the economy................things are tight. It usually takes about six months!

I've been job hunting for a little over a month. I'm signed up with two employment agencies, been on interviews, etc etc...
If I don't get a job by next week, I have to call my car lender and ask for a deferral...holeeeeee shiiit.
Did you take classes in GIS? If you did, municipalities, natural resource, infrastructure/civil engineering firms look for GIS majors. Did you do any internships that supplemented your education? What is your goal with that major?
It usually takes them a couple months to process an application. If you're not using it, you should, it will list the available government jobs in geography.
