Hm. So this is fun; I've actually never participated in one of these board/forum sites before, nor found a community of dedicated to AMWF! So cool! Those two are probably interrelated -- I've probably never joined a board site before because I have hadn't found a community dedicted to AMWF.

Moving on, I'm indeed very excited, as I have have within me a deep-seeded preference for caucasian women -- even just being able to hang out and enjoy each other's company. I justify it to myself and others by explaining that growing up, I was raised in among other places, Boston, Dayton Ohio, and Washington DC -- areas of white dominance. So kind of like a sheep that grew up with wolves, I think in a lot of ways I identify more with caucasian culture, or so to speak. :banana:

'Course this is all offset by the fact that I went to went to middle school and high school at an international school in Japan. But come to think of it, that may have reinforced my American-ness as I realized I identified better with American ex-pats than locals, despite my own Japanese heritage.

After university in Orange County, Calif, now I'm in San Francisco. I started a product design company with my best friend from high school in 2005, and we do well for ourselves. We love what we do, and everyday is filled with an entrepreneurial spirit as we're creating products and companies. Our business portfolio now includes advertising technologies, internet media, clean technology, and iPhone apps and we have clients and partners in 28 countries around the world.

More to the point, my work keeps me busy and I don't have a lot of opportunity to expand my social circles, which is what I'm hoping for on this site -- particularly with caucasian women who might have a preference for Asian men. :) -- but of course in the end, with anybody cool and interesting.

So if you're in the Bay Area, hit me up, my favorite is good drinks, good food, and good company -- I'd love to meet up. If not, would still love to chat online.
