Sorry I didnt respond to your email. I just got in town like an hr ago and trying to settle down. Not gonna be doing the Stockton thing. I hear it's too far out and Im only here for a few days. I think i'll be down for the cherry blossoms. Lemme know when and where. I should be free tomorrow and Sunday. I missed the cherry blossoms in DC this year...PM me the info.

I didn't know they had a sakura thing in SF (my son is at Stanford)...I'm just back from my Tokyo home and the sakura did indeed blossom earlier than expected.... I think the peak of it was March 26 or 28. If I were truly Japanese I'd know the day (probably calibrated to the hour, too) Cupcake-chan (boyfriend) and I did the Ueno Park stroll and appreciated the blooms, unfortunately one week later all the buds had fallen off even with the slight dip in temperature. So much for the floral report.
